Michael Kulich is a visionary business executive with experience in strategic, operational and financial leadership positions across Fortune 500 companies including General Motors and Whirlpool Corporation. During this time, Michael drove significant results in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, manufacturing restructuring, financial planning and analysis, project management and Six Sigma. In 2002, Mr. Kulich formed MAK Holdings Corporation as the holding company for his various entrepreneurial ventures. The group based out of Orlando, Florida, includes: HodgePodge Solutions o The World's Only Comprehensive E-Procurement, Purchase-to-Pay and Wholesale Distribution Hub of ERP Partner software and hardware. Cerberus Consulting Group o Consulting firm focused on the areas of Project Management, ERP implementation, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Development.
